Authors interested to participate and submitting their work should adhere to the following guidelines:
- Articles must be within the conference scope
- Articles must follow our author guidelines available on the conference website
- Articles must follow our ethical guidelines available on the conference website
- Only up to 2 papers per author (including as a co-author) is acceptable
- Registration fee including APC is non-refundable whether submitted articles are accepted or declined
Special Notes : Registration fee includes APC (Academic Processing Charges) for online publication that provides the following facilities:
- Using IOP peer review platform (Morressier) to handle the articles
- Open access: All articles are free to read and download in perpetuity after publication
- Creation of online versions of the abstracts contained in each paper
- Creation of hyperlinked references and tracking of future citations
- Unlimited number of pages in each article and Unlimited use of colour online
Authors should ensure or understand the following T&C before submitting the articles
- Unbiased towards race, gender, religious belief, ethnic origin, citizenship or political philosophy of the authors
- No terminology will be used that is offensive or might be perceived to be offensive to others
- Comply with ethical policy as available on the conference website
- Organizers of the conference keep the rights to investigate any suspicions and/or allegations of misconduct
- Please note that all submissions and subsequent peer review will be conducted in English. No other language of communication is acceptable
- Outcome of the review process will be communicated to the authors with clear statement of Recommendations. Outcome should be respected by the authors
- Editors and organizers will only accept papers where there is clear support from the reviewers and same will be communicated in clear terms.

- All the papers submitted to the conference should be written in English with the maximum page length of 4 – 6 printed pages (10pt font) in double column IEEE Conference
- Authors should submit their original unpublished work in PDF/MS Word format to CISCT-2023.
- Papers already submitted to other conferences/journals are not allowed.
- Submission should strictly follow the recommended IEEE conference template, which can be found here (https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html).
- The decision regarding the acceptance of a paper is at the discretion of the Technical Program Committee.

Every paper submitted to the CISCT-2023 will be checked for plagiarism by using anti-plagiarism software (Turnitin), before being sent to a pre-conference review. Authors should observe high standards with respect to publication ethics. Falsification or fabrication of data, plagiarism, including duplicate publication of the author’s own work without proper citation, and misappropriation of the work are all unacceptable.
